If the body is strong, no pathogen can affect it.
If the body is weak, the weakest attack can devastate it.
Don’t worry much about the virus. The virus can’t touch you when you’re well.
And if it does, your immune system will make swift and easy work of it.
Concern yourself with making your body-mind robust by respecting its needs and it’s rhythm’s: diet, movement, rest, stress management, nature. –

Those most affected
The median age for those infected is around 50 years old, with a slightly higher incidence in men. Children appear less vulnerable to infection and have milder symptoms than adults. There have been no reports of death children 0-9 years old. Pregnant women are not at higher risk than the general population. Adults over 65 years of age are at high risk. Those who have an underlying health condition, such as cardiovascular disease or a compromised immune system are at high risk.
Symptoms to look out for
Most people infected appear to have mild, cold-like symptoms, such as fever, muscle aches, and uncomplicated upper respiratory symptoms (dry cough, sore throat, nasal congestion, headache). Some patients will experience more severe symptoms, such as difficulty breathing, and mild to severe pneumonia leading to more life-threatening situations.
What you can do
Support your immune system by eating healthy, get 8+ hours of sleep per night, incorporate movement into your day, clear your mind of impending doom, and use the following guide to build your internal army:
